Strategy grounded in operational reality.

Aaron Rabinowitz is the Founder and Principal of AYR Advisory Group. He works at the point where emergency strategy becomes operational: analyzing fast-moving crises, assessing field and partner capacity, designing response plans, moving medical assistance, structuring grants, and following implementation through the handoff from decision to delivery.

In global emergency health operations, Aaron coordinated across ministries of health, regional public-health institutions, UN agencies, health facilities, local nongovernmental organizations, and internal legal, finance, supply-chain, communications, and donor teams. His portfolio included outbreak response, conflict-related health needs, earthquakes, landslides, and wildfires across Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the United States.

Before founding AYR, he also led refugee logistics in Poland, Ukraine, and Greece and served as Chief of Staff in a national telepsychiatry company. Earlier trade-policy and geopolitical research roles built the analytical foundation he now applies to partner diligence, market access, risk, and decision-making under uncertainty.

2024–2025

Global emergency health response

Managed response work across Africa and Asia-Pacific, including cholera in South Sudan, mpox and conflict-related health needs in the Democratic Republic of Congo, landslides in Ethiopia, the 2025 Myanmar earthquake, and the Los Angeles wildfires.

2022–2023

Refugee operations in Europe

Led frontline distribution and logistics work supporting people displaced from Ukraine. Operations recorded more than 90,000 distribution visits and moved more than 500,000 essential items, with coordination across 3,000 volunteers and project budgets up to €500,000.

2025–2026

Healthcare executive operations

Served as Chief of Staff in a national telepsychiatry company, building leadership cadence, decision systems, operating metrics, regulatory readiness, working-capital controls, and cross-functional execution ahead of an eight-figure Series A process.

2017–2021

Trade policy and geopolitical analysis

Earlier work covered food-safety regulation, market access, and trade barriers for agriculture and food clients, alongside research on Russian and Chinese foreign economic activity for U.S. government audiences.
